Divorce Mediation Services LLC was founded in 2013 by Daniel P. Nguyen. with the common purpose of helping people navigate the divorce process by providing High Quality, Efficient, Client Friendly service with the goal of avoiding litigation. This statement defines our company and is a promise to our clients of what they can expect from us.

Daniel Nguyen Esq.

 

Daniel attended San Jose State University, where he earned a degree in Kinesiology. Daniel went on to attend law school at Thomas Jefferson Law School in San Diego, CA, where he studied and trained in Negotiation & Mediation Theory. He graduated as a distinguished member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and won the Prestigious 2012 Tulane National Baseball Salary Arbitration Competition. During his time in law school, Daniel interned for the San Diego District Attorney, United States Navy Judge Advocate General Corp, and Thomas Jefferson Veterans Legal Clinic. After law school, Daniel worked for Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik and The Farrise Law Firm before starting his own practice in Westminster, CA where his father Dr. Thu The Nguyen DC. worked for 25 years serving the local Vietnamese community.  Daniel has been admitted to the District of Columbia State Bar since 2015.

 

Daniel has a passion for problem-solving using mediation and negotiation strategy. His approach is to find the best solution for both sides that satisfies his client's objectives without alienating the opposing side. He believes this approach not only accomplishes his client's goals but also builds and maintains professional and personal working relationships. With that said, the best words used to describe Daniel would be "Problem Solver", because he makes problems go away.
